Asperitas completes leadership team

Asperitas appoints director for business development to complete leadership teamAsperitas, Dutch cleantech startup and solution provider for datacentre and cloud providers has completed her leadership team with the appointment of a sales and business development director.Leon Lips has joined the Immersed Computing specialising company since February and will be responsible to bring the innovative and to be launched solutions of Asperitas to the market. Lips is bringing an extended background in the IT, cloud and solutions industry. Prior to Asperitas Lips was ICT Solution Director and business developer at Huawei technologies and operations manager at Dutch telecom and cloud provider KPN.With the appointment of Lips, Asperitas has completed their new leadership team to go into the next phase of this startup. In January Maikel Bouricius joined the team, responsible to lead the marketing team. Bouricius was marketing manager at Green IT Amsterdam previously, the collaboration of tech companies. At Green IT Amsterdam he also was involved in several international smart energy, smart IT and green datacentre projects, including the Green Datacenter Campus development in Amsterdam.Asperitas will be launching their first Immersed Computing solution at the international Cloud Expo Europe and Data Centre World event on the 15th of March in London. Immersed Computing is a concept driven by sustainability, flexibility and efficiency. The first solution, the AIC24 has been described as a super-efficient modular datacentre and is in fact a plug and play module making use of liquid cooling technology.
